If anything is a given, it's that Scottish acts produce some of the finest indie music at the moment.
The new Luna The Professor, from Wishaw, single is no different. 'Dreamers' is a song that explores the memories of summers past, as well as inspiring new generations to stand up and do something.
Opening up with strong guitar before unleashing into the familiar vocals of Johnny Irwin, the catchy song is already an ear worm from the start.
The chorus is also catchy, with a massive sing-a-long aspect. Powerful bass guitar and drums accompany the strong vocals to create an almost euphoric feeling.
The syncopated feel of the track is made to be bounced around and the lyrics screamed aloud.
The bridge section is equally as catchy, building up before we hear a "woo" and it launches itself back into that huge chorus section.
'Dreamers' is only Luna's second single, but is equally as strong as their previous release 'You'. The band have a lot to look forward to and going by this track, it won't be long until they are going to be the hottest band to see.
Luna The Professor are Johnny Irwin, Ross Caldwell, Dave McNally and Eamonn Kelly.
