One of Scotland's hottest raves Terminal V is back for its annual Halloween gathering at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh in only a matter of weeks.
The festival will take place on Saturday 26th of October and unsurprisingly, it is on the road to selling out.
After Terminal V 'The Rising' back in April we thought that we had maxed out on extravagance with a heroic return to Scotland from legend Richie Hawtin and a stellar B2B headline from Patrick Topping and Green Velvet. However, now facing the second installment for 2019 'The Reckoning,' we could not quite anticipate what the TV guys have instore for us.
Patrick Topping - 'Terminal V was literally one of the very best gigs of my life and it blew me away.’
First of all, Belgian DJ Amelie Lens has been announced as the headline act for this Halloween happening. She is another astonishing export to come out of the buzzing electronic scene in Belgium and is sure to have the crowd in awe of her rapturous techno beats when she comes to Scotland in a few weeks.
Lens will lead an incredible force of international DJs in the prime of their craft such as Annie Mac, Ben Klock, FJAAK, Alan Fitzpatrick, Red Axes, Hot Since 82, Skream, Maceo Plex Gerd Janson, DJ Tennis and much more.
A notable name on the bill is Laurent Garnier, the French DJ/producer will be making a grand return to Scotland after 20 years. We can't wait to see the techno legend take to the decks - can we expect to hear a spin of sexy-sax tune 'The Man with The Red Face?' Here's Hoping!
One for the locals - legendary Edinburgh music venue Sneaky Pete's will be hosting the brand new 'Sneaky's' stage which will showcase top up and coming DJs such as Minimal Violence who's 2019 album 'InDreams' exuberates raw techno beats which fit the warehouse venue of Terminal V perfectly. Joining them are the likes of Free Love, Ida, Mor Elian and more.
Finally, if all of the above hasn't convinced you to grab ticket, then this might do the trick. The addition of new rave space 'The Hangar' to the classic Terminal V warehouse layout, has now increased the capacity to 20,000. Wow. This one for the history books as we witness Scotland's biggest dance music event since the turn of the millennium - and people say rave culture is dead!
This is NOT a drill, tickets are extremely close to selling out so act quick if you want to make it along to this phenomenal event. See you there.
