As festival season comes to a close with the winter months sadly weighing in there's still no stopping the swarm of the Glasgow gig scene. Hiip Preist gives us Dear Green Feis, a double venue music festival celebrating the best up and coming acts of 2019, the festival will run across Broadcast and Nice n Sleazys on Sauchiehall St, both legendary locations when it comes to presenting new talent.
With 13 acts for just £12 (£14 OTD) this is a great opportunity to see some of the best new talent the UK has to offer. Showcasing various genres this festival has something for everyone, respected Glasgow punks The Vanities and Fiendz YT are even set to make an appearance after their last gig together at the Bungalow recently went off which means there's sure to be riotous scenes. Some artists who are new to me like Swine Tax and Wet Look are also on the bill, I can't wait to see what they will bring to the festival. The organisers have been very thoughtful with the set-up of this festival and have made sure there is no clashes on the day to ensure you can see every artist you desire to.
For such a class opportunity to get into some new bands and perhaps see some who are already your favourites don't miss it! I can't wait to get down here at the weekend and see exactly what this little festival has to offer, from 2 o’clock this all dayer should be full of drinks, pals and class acts!
