Saturday 4th of August:
Taking to the 2 main stages and acoustic stage on the Saturday include the likes of Chris Helme a solo folk/alternative artist with talent for melodic guitar and definitely worth a listen (20:00-20:45 marquee). Another highlight on the line up is Dundee's Billy Mitchell who will be performing as
part of his run of local gigs throughout August. Having seen him live at last year's Carnival 56 I can definitely recommend (15:30 - 16:00 acoustic stage). An act I have never seen live before
are Beta Waves but having listened to a lot of their music ( especially recently released single ' Lovelovelove') they will be one to watch for if their recording's are anything to go by (16:30 - 17:00 marquee).
Sunday 5th of August:
Another Dundee band taking to the stage is indie rock band Carousel having played alongside bands such as The Shambolics and Cast they are right at the heart of the local music scene (17:30-18:00 marquee). New kids on the block Liam Middleton and Ryan Beggs will take to the acoustic stage after recently playing at 'Make Noise for Mental Health' fundraiser they will be performing all kinds of covers from Catfish and the Bottlemen to Whitney Houston (14:30 - 15:00).
