This Friday will see four outstanding bands take on Broadcast in Glasgow for a night of madness. This Feeling are renowned for their class line-ups and DJ sets and Friday night will be no different, with sets from Slouch, Only Shadows, The Stoned Immaculate and The Reason. This will be a night filled with class tunes, both old and new so it is definitely not one to miss!

Slouch are a new wave alternative rock band from the south side of Glasgow, and they have been conquering the underground Glasgow scene for a while now. They have just recently released their new single ‘Duplicity’ and it has since been recognised as This Feelings track of the day and has received almost 1000 plays on Spotify after just a few days of being released. The band have been taking over the local scene recently and if their sold-out EP launch night at The Priory is anything to go by, then they are not a band to be missed on Friday. You can also catch them at the Revolver Christmas gig on 21st December playing alongside bands such as The Links, The Roques and Bad Hombres. Not a bad Christmas present right? But in the mean time make sure you catch them in Broadcast on Friday for a good night!

Only Shadows describe themselves as ROCKSLAM. They are a four-piece band from Nuneaton who are currently touring the UK to celebrate the release of their debut album ‘Brothers’ that came out in July. The band describe the album as a celebration of friendship, brotherhood, sisterhood, love, life and family and I think this statement sums it up perfectly. Only Shadows are no strangers to a wild gig, having played with This Feeling multiple times in the past, they know how to put on a class gig so get down to Broadcast on Friday and show them how a Scottish crowd does it!

The Stoned Immaculate are a four piece from Glasgow that have been tearing up the scene for a while now. They describe themselves as “more stoned than immaculate” which I suppose describes them accurately, but they must be heavy stoned because they're pretty immaculate in my opinion! The band have played numerous iconic Glasgow venues multiple times, including King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, Nice n Sleazy and The Record Factory. They are also no strangers to Broadcast so it will be class seeing them play in a venue they are so familiar with on Friday! October will be a big month for the band as they release a new single on the 9th, so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Another Glasgow 4 piece that will be tearing up Broadcast on Friday is The Reason. They are a melodic indie band that formed in 2016 and have been popular within the local scene since. The band have also played numerous venues across Glasgow such as Stereo Café Bar as well as venturing to Dundee to play the infamous Church. Their latest single called “Never Let Me Down” came out in August and it has had huge success so far, including praise from well - known radio presenter, Jim Gellatly. So, get down to Broadcast this Friday to see what all the fuss is about!
